The impact assessment aimed to determine the success of the Expanded Programme of Support (ESP) in achieving its targets, its cost effectiveness and how far it contributed to the overall achievements of the national response.
Engaging in a comprehensive and participatory process at national, provincial and district levels with all key stakeholders and acquiring an in-depth insight into the experiences gained by implementing partners and beneficiaries, the assessment provided recommendations to inform the future strategic direction of the programme.
