GRID Consulting was established over 20 years ago. Its vision was to enhance productivity and living standards across sub-Saharan Africa, particularly Nigeria, through providing services in financial management. GRID's managing director is Ike Osakwe, who leads a team of more than 20 staff, based in Lagos and Abuja.

 

GRID Consulting specialises in the planning and implementation of processes and systems for effecting change. It has provided consultancy services in Nigeria, Tanzania, Malawi and Ghana.
